Compact titanium pipe shield designed to provide targeted heat protection for exhaust pipes and nearby components. This 4-inch by 8-inch shield uses DEI’s LR fiber technology, combining a tough outer layer made from pulverized lava rock with an inner high-temperature fabric capable of withstanding far higher heat than traditional glass fiber shields. The shield mounts using a riveted standoff bracket that creates an air gap between the shield and the pipe, improving cooling and heat dissipation.

The Titanium Pipe Shield offers heat protection up to 1350°F, making it suitable for areas where radiant heat threatens transmissions, brake lines, wiring, floor pans, fuel tanks, or body panels. It’s ideal for use after the exhaust collector, near transmission tunnels, along diesel stacks, or in powersports and industrial applications.

Includes two stainless steel clamps sized for pipe diameters up to 3 inches.
