These Ultra-Seal header gaskets are built using a high-temperature expanded steel core with a graphite-faced sealing surface, providing stability, excellent heat resistance, and long-lasting sealing performance. The steel core maintains clamp load to prevent gasket failure, while the graphite facing conforms to minor surface irregularities and helps transfer heat away from the cylinder head. Designed for both OE replacement and high-performance applications. Can be trimmed for modified ports when needed.
