This CNC-machined inlet flange is made from 3/8″ thick 304 stainless steel, designed for external wastegates with a 35–38 mm diameter port—commonly seen on TiAL, Turbosmart, Deltagate, and similar units. The flange includes two drilled bolt holes (not threaded) for through-bolt mount applications, making it ideal for use with bolts and nuts on turbo manifolds or downpipes.

The precise machining ensures uniform thickness, perfect flatness, and consistent bolt hole placement for reliable sealing and installation. The internal edge is smooth and polished to enhance flow and reduce turbulence in the trace gases leading to the wastegate.
